Clueless Fashion: The 90s Wishlist

one | two | three | four | five | six

Hi guys! I'm back with another wishlist as I'm a wee bit obsessed with making them at the moment, but if they're boring you, please let me know! I've recently been inspired by the whole 90s trend which has been weaning itself back into the fashion world. (Iggy Azalea and her new Clueless-inspired music video "Fancy" are a likely culprit for the returning trend.)

If you haven't already seen the video (I love it!) watch it below:

What do you think to the video?

I haven't based my entire look on Clueless and the Fancy music video but I have taken inspiration from it, such as the tartan dress with the white tee underneath.

I decided to add a MAC lipstick in Diva and Tanya Burr nail varnish in Riding Hood to compliment the colours in the dress and add to the grunge-feel of the outfit. I also added a tattoo choker, because what's the 90s without one of those?!

I completed the look with some frilly socks and extreme platforms that have been doing their rounds on the bloggersphere. The platforms reminded me of some trainers I owned back in the 90s that I called my "Spice Girl shoes" - did anybody else have a pair?!

Let me know what you think and tell me your favourite thing about the 90s!

The trends are so current at the moment. I had 'spice girl shoes' too...awful white platform sketchers...but when I wore them I WAS baby spice ;) great post lovely xxx
