Roses are red

A little while ago, I was tweeted by the lovely handmade online accessories boutique that is: Prairie Charms, asking if I'd be interested in taking part in their "Project Blogger" scheme. After reading into the scheme and the company ethics, in which they donate 10% of the profits to the Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital and the "Kiss it better" campaign - I was more eager than a beaver to purchase something from the website.

So, after lusting for a flower crown ever since I was in the womb (I'm just kidding, but it's been a while) I opted for a red rose crown I had seen on the Prairie Charms twitter. It wasn't on the website, so if you see something you like on their images, ask them, as it is all handmade and I'm sure they'll be happy to help!

After purchasing the package I would watch out for the postman coming everyday until the day that the shiny purple foil package dropped through the letterbox, I did the most exercise I've done all year and ran towards it. I opened the package, to see my lovely little crown wrapped up in purple crepe paper and sealed with a loving kiss a lovely Prairie Charms sticker.

As you can see from the pictures, the crown is beautiful and really well-made considering its price tag - £6 with the Project Blogger discount. Bargain or what? Most companies nowadays sell the same thing for five times the price tag.
So, as you can tell I'm a pretty happy bunny with my new flower crown and it makes me feel like a real blogger and even a little bit princessy when I wear it - Move aside Lana Del Rey.
Have you ordered from Prairie Charms yet or taken part in Project Blogger?
Let me know.

Lipstick: MAC Russian Red

I can't do a serious blogger face just yet.

If you're wanting to purchase something from Prairie Charms, please feel free to use my 50% off discount code by entering "PB50" at the checkout.
THANKS FOR READING.

  1. Gorgeous floral headband! The project blogger idea sounds really great, as it still gets some of the money to charity :)
