Inkwear

"Born in 2010 from the artsy East-End of London UK, Inkwear provides a new and high quality temporary tattoo service designed with creative adults in mind. Inkwear is a fashionable and flexible accessory as well as being fun, safe and non permanent."

Afternoon!

I have a little secret (maybe not so) to share with you all! The secret that is Inkwear. The site provides an alternative to having a real tattoo by providing up-to-date temporary tattoo's in all sorts of colour's and designs without the hefty price tag and the issue of having a Betty Boop picture sat on your sagging arm at the age of 82. I was lucky enough to get sent a sample of Inkwear's tattoo's (twice!!) and thought I'd give a little review on the products, because I'm a little bit hooked on them!

Inkwear 'Celeb Roman' and 'Celeb Guns', in the style of Rihanna

Same as above, plus Inkwear Anchor tattoo

And finally, I received a selection of 'Skullwear' in the post a while back after suggesting to Adam @ Inkwear about the sugar skull design. The finished piece turned out great, but unfortunately this is the only sample I had left to show you!

As of receiving the tattoo's within the post about half an hour ago, I have limited myself and only applied one of the tattoo's! They are so easy to apply, basically just like the ones you had as a kid but far better quality. You simply peel the clear film of the tattoo off, place it in your skin and place a damp cloth on the tattoo for around 30 seconds. The amount of time the tattoo lasts varies but when I wore the Skullwear on the top of my foot it lasted around a week! I absolutely love the idea of the company and can't wait to show off my 'new tat' ;-)

Take this very stupid instagram'd picture of me wearing the 'Celeb Roman' tattoo!

Hope you enjoyed the read!
Head over to Inkwear and check their designs out! gogogo!

Ciao xx

  1. Brilliant idea!!! I've wanted a tattoo for ages but very picky on what I want (a good thing I think) but my main problem is I'm petrified of needles lol (a slight problem!) This is a perfect idea for me!

Great post and big up the Yorkshire massive from a fellow Yorkshire blogger :oD
